Through video, installation, and the recreation of everyday objects, the exhibition is anchored by a video that examines the practices promoted by the United States government toward migrants who arrived through the Bracero Program, questioning a historical moment in the bilateral relationship and the government propaganda focused on the workers’ dietary and hygienic habits. The project is a collaboration between artist Wendy Cabrera Rubio and researcher Jairo Antonio Hoyos.
