Playful objects, art and didactics for children.
Aimed at all audiences | Beginners
In this course we propose to make didactic materials, devices and / or playful objects (games and toys) thinking about them from an inclusive perspective, contemplating the relationships between the creator of the device, children and art. The offer enables conversation from expressive languages and taking into account the evolutionary development of the children receiving the proposals, as well as the experience and desire of each participant to analyze, design and materialize the objects / recreational and / or didactic devices , according to your interests.
The participants of this diploma will relate artistic and instrumental pedagogical concepts, exploring them for the enrichment of their teaching practice. They will also be able to apply tools to create playful and / or didactic objects originating from the reflection of various contextual knowledge. They will be able to materialize them from their manual skill and with the support of various materials from the approach of their ideas through diagrams, graphs and other technical activities of the arts and the exchanges of knowledge between all those involved in the course.
Module 1
Construction of a common language: implications between object, art and resources, both recreational and didactic. Conceptual agreements.
Human perception and its development for life: sensory organs as receptors of information. Sensations and perceptions, distinctions.
Sharing knowledge: from sensorial and emotional memory, evolutionary stages of early childhood, the beginning of school life, identity contexts.
Creative process and artistic creation: in personal and / or professional development.
Modules 2 to 8
• “An object to create”. Decision making. Definition of the project, affinity / disparity.
• Project design tools: answering the basic questions: what, for whom, how, why, for what, where, when. Diagramming. Sketches, graphics, sketches to explain parts, arrangement or operation of something. Usage guidelines. Group or specific interest, etc.
• Accompaniment in reflection: the system of objects. Construction / deconstruction of meaning. Materials, form and function The function and dysfunction of objects. Didactic objects with alternative values. The very ways of communicating: relationships and links between object, space, body. (Touch, smell, taste, balance, hearing, sight)
• Materialization of objects: from the senses to perception, from perception to knowledge and understanding.

Patricia Veronica PiñeroArt-therapist and Teacher of Visual Arts. Currently she works as Coordinator of the Technical Team of Bariloche, of the National Program for Comprehensive Development for Early Childhood "First Years". It works with the population in vulnerable situations. It develops didactic materials, workshops, courses, conferences and programs that enable the public to get closer to art and discover it as a tool for communication and personal development. He advises on pedagogy, art, and art-therapy issues in different cultural institutions in Mexico and Argentina. Author of materials for teachers, children's books and educational games aimed at boys and girls, about the heritage issue for CONARTE. Co-author of the children's book Alex Inside and Outside the Frame (Serres, 2007) Educational curator and Visual Artist. |

Laura gerbiGraphic Designer with a specialization in Editorial Design. He currently runs La Regadera Ediciones, an independent publishing house dedicated to the development of board games and game books. His editorial proposal opens the way to active participation and play as a creator of lasting experiences, and has the intention of generating a space for meeting with others. As a graphic designer and illustrator, she has participated in the development of children's books, games and educational materials for various public and private institutions. |
