Scenic Interpretation Workshop
It is a requirement to have taken the Theater Acting Course 

100% practical workshop that seeks to experience the complete process of a theatrical staging, developing skills, improvisation, character creation, dialogue and production. The course concludes with a public presentation of the work.

The student will participate in the creative process of a theatrical staging and will develop skills for the creation of their character.

1 session
Theme and characters.
1.1 Theater as a communication tool, development of history.
1.2 Definition of characters and their role in the story.

2 session
Trace and displacement in space.
2.1. Understanding of the scenic and scenographic space. Memorization of text.

3 session
Character psychology.
3.1 Discover the personality of the character and apply it to the scene

4 session
Action and reaction.
4.1 Identify stimuli and action thresholds.

5 session
The elements of production.
5.1 Design and execute all the elements of the staging.

6 session
Staging and presentation.
6.1 Preparation of the scene and presentation to the public.

Caesar Aristotle

Playwright, theater director and cultural promoter. His first theater work was the adaptation and direction of Pedro Almodóvar's Patty Diphusa. Since 1993 he has been director of the company Granteatro based in Monterrey. He has written and directed montages for independent companies in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua and Los Mochis, Sinaloa. He took theater and dramaturgy courses with Vicente Leñero, Tomás Urtusástegui and Maribel Carrazco. He has been a fellow of the State Fund for Culture and the Arts of Nuevo León, National Fund for Culture and the Arts; winner of awards such as Staging Conarte-INBA; Conarte Monologues Award; David Alfaro Siqueiros Award and FONCA Cultural Co-Investment Support Program. In 2012 he completed a residency with the FONCA / CONCACYT Artistic Residency Program abroad for Las Bellas Artes New York, NYC. He is currently professor of acting at Tec de Monterrey.
