The course aims to contribute to the formation of people interested in the knowledge of the history of art for its assessment and connection with reality, handling the necessary tools for analysis and reflection and recognizing the contributions of art to cultures and societies. Different artistic genres will be analyzed (architecture and urbanism, sculpture, painting, photography, cinema, music, decorative and sumptuary arts), languages, procedures and techniques of artistic production throughout history.
