Family Sunday: Territories in Construction

Sunday May 17, 2026
12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

An artistic experience centered on one of the five axes of the exhibition *Constellations and Drifts: Latin American Art from the FEMSA Collection*—Territories. This session invites participants to reflect on the symbolic boundaries of geography, the body, and space, as well as on different ways of representing the city.

Participants will engage with the work of artists such as Francis Alÿs, who offers new perspectives on the urban environment through drawing and video, and Damián Ortega, whose works dialogue with architecture and symbols of modernity.

Drawing from these references, participants will create their own city using personal experiences and a variety of materials. They will explore how they perceive and navigate their surroundings, combining forms, routes, and urban elements to build a personal proposal.
