The Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Monterrey (MARCO) presents the conceptual artist Sophie Calle (Paris, b. 1953), internationally well known for utilizing her own life to create her works, as well as implementing provocative and occasionally controversial methods to explore human relationships.

The show exhibits, for the first time in Mexico, the installation Take Care of Yourself; critically acclaimed internationally, it was made for the French pavilion at the 2007 Venice Bienale. For this project, Sophie Calle gathered the interpretations of 107 women in different professions to an e-mail she had received from her then partner who had decided to end their amorous relationship. The letter ended with the phrase that is title of the work: Take care of yourself.
