The Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Monterrey presents a survey of contemporary art from the northern Mexican border, an exhibition of works by seven artists that deals with their lives and the contexts of living in the frontier.

From their very personal artistic style, each one of them has approached the subject from a geographic, political, social, cultural, and psychological sphere. Their works are mirrors in which one can look and even scrutinize the identity and stigma of a Mexican living on both sides of the fence, as it were, the border, and at the same time, it is a reflection of their idiosyncrasy.
