This exhibition has been organized by the Vitra Design Museum, Weil am Rhein, Germany, with the collaboration of Exhibitions International, N.Y., the cooperation of the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation, Scottsdale, Arizona, and the guidance of a distinguished team of experts led by David De Long that includes Ford Peatross, Peter Reed, Bruce Brooks Pfeiffer and David Hanks. The exhibition is presented in Mexico in conjunction with the Museum of Modern Art and the National Museum of Arquitecture, of the INBA.

The exhibition examined the ample spectrum of his work, even his last proposals, including the progressive vision of what he called The Living City: a project of organic architecture which included the design and urban planning of a city and its intimate relationship with the surrounding environment.
